Browser-based simulation platform for large-scale incident exercises. Real-time dispatch, triage tracking, and automated debriefing — designed specifically for ETS methodology.
The ETS methodology is proven, trusted, and used in 50 countries. A digital dispatch layer doesn't change what works — it amplifies it.
The physical ETS exercise runs on whiteboards, magnets, and cards — ideal for learning the process hands-on. A digital layer adds real-time status updates, patient registration, and route visualization, without changing the ETS methodology itself.
Every instructor builds their own scenario today. With ETS Dispatch Simulator, scenarios are stored centrally, shared easily, and reused across teams, institutions, and countries — making ETS training truly consistent and scalable.
Debriefing after an ETS exercise is already valuable. Add objective timestamps, transport logs, and exportable KPIs — and every debrief becomes a sharp, data-driven learning moment.
A complete digital platform that extends — not replaces — the ETS methodology you already use. Every concept your instructors know: METHANE, GGB, Gubbas, GRIP — built into the core of the system.
See it LiveReal-time status, triage classification, patient flow, and hospital capacity — all in a single interface. Every Gubba tracked from scene to hospital.
Save, load, and share scenarios between courses and institutions. Identical starting point means fair evaluation and consistent training outcomes.
Own language, own hospitals, own regional incident types — fully adapted to your operational context. The platform can be delivered in any language. Ready for international deployment in all 50 ETS partner countries.
Every stage of a major incident exercise covered in a single integrated system. Keyboard shortcuts for rapid navigation during live exercises.
METHANE, GGB, and GRIP are not added features. They are the structural foundation of the simulator.
Numbered casualty cards developed by Region Östergötland (ETS) are the heart of every major incident exercise. In ETS Dispatch Simulator they are digitally registered and tracked in real time.
Was every casualty transported with the correct urgency level? The answer is now one report away.
Real screenshots from the simulator — live data, zero mock-ups.
Interactive map with live ambulance positions, color-coded triage status, automatic routing, and hospital capacity — all synchronized during training.
Save entire session states, share across institutions, and regenerate incidents on demand.
Every decision timestamped. Every transport logged. Every escalation recorded. The data is there when you need it.
Designed for classroom environments: projector + instructor computer, or any multi-display setup.

No. ETS Dispatch Simulator is an independent digital complement to the ETS methodology — not a replacement or official product of Region Östergötland or Emergo Train System. It is developed by IJdo Care & Vision and designed to extend the existing ETS training methodology with digital capabilities. All intellectual property is registered via BOIP Benelux (i-DEPOT Nr. 159183).
No installation is required. The simulator runs entirely in a standard web browser on any modern device — laptop, desktop, or tablet. No server infrastructure, no IT department involvement, no software to maintain on your end.
Yes. Scenarios are exported as standard JSON files that can be shared freely between institutions. This allows training organizations to build a library of standardized scenarios and ensures identical starting conditions across different training sessions and teams.
Yes. The platform is fully configurable per country, including language, hospital database, and regional incident types. It has been designed from the ground up for international deployment and can be adapted to the operational context of any ETS partner country.
The map uses Leaflet with OpenStreetMap data, which covers the entire world. Route calculation is handled via the OSRM engine. The system can be configured with any country's hospital database, making it suitable for ETS exercises anywhere in the world.
Licensing is annual and discussion-based — there are no public prices listed. Each license is tailored to the institution or partner. Contact us to discuss a demo and the appropriate licensing structure for your organization or region.
The core platform is fully operational and has been demonstrated at ETS senior instructor level in the Netherlands. All 11 modules function as described. At the same time, ETS Dispatch Simulator is actively developed — new features, improvements, and country-specific configurations are added on an ongoing basis. Customers always receive the latest version automatically, with no action required on their end.
